Career Counseling and Placement Cell, SCD Government College, Ludhiana organized “Career talk-cum-Registration Camp” for the students of graduate and under graduate classes on 17th October, 2023. Dr. Sajla, Convener, Career Counseling and Placement cell, chaired the session. The keynote speaker was Mr. Anuj (Career Counselor) who interacted and guided students and gave instructions regarding the employment opportunities. He also highlighted self employment schemes PMEGPX (Prime Minister Employment generation programmes and MUDRA Yojna.
He also threw light on documents on which employment cards are being issued to them in future. Later, the house was opened for discussion in which many students came up with queries which were reverted to their satisfaction. Around 400 students attended and wholeheartedly participated in the career talk. Session ended with a vote of thanks to keynote speaker for having such wonderful and knowledgeable interaction. The event was successfully managed by team members Prof. Anurag, Prof. Dr. Sheenu and Prof. Puja.
